what is a princess good for beside making future kings? i don't know but i would hope something that includes motivating the people of the kingdom.
the story i see: the rebel princess brought up to be more than eye candy for a foreign kingdom. one she is betrothed to but is a hostage and a chess piece to be used in the conquering of her kingdom. no more, she is a skilled proud member of her fierce royal family and no man or country can hold her down or keep her from doing what she feels is right.
